Office: 315.410.0373 Born and raised in Central New York, Orazio "Ozzie" Crisalli has deep ties to his community. Combined with his business expertise and years of working in real estate, this love for his home and desire to see the area revitalized makes his work as a real estate broker and co-owner of Syracuse Realty Group as much a pleasure as it is a living. Mr. Crisalli or "Ozzie" as he's known, has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Sienna College in Albany and is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy in Syracuse. Ozzie soon discovered that his real passion was working on the people-end of the business field. Starting with managing properties for national real estate companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Ozzie built his reputation as an efficient manager. With extensive experience in real estate and property management here in Central New York, his history of success started with the rehabilitation of an historical 60,000 square foot building in Armory Square. This solid management background culminated with the creation of Syracuse Realty Group. From a single-person brokerage, the Company has demonstrated ongoing success and now has over 13 real estate professionals and an annual sales volume of $26 million. Ozzie is passionate about living in Central New York and is dedicated to contributing to the economic stability of the region. Ozzie, his wife Deonna, and four children live in the Town of Clay.

He received his New York State Real Estate salesperson license in 2005 and his Real Estate brokers license in 2006. In 2007, Arcuri became a partner at Syracuse Realty Group.

After graduating, he worked as a contractor and real estate investor, with an emphasis on real estate rehabilitation and sales. He has an extensive background in construction, property evaluation, rehabilitation cost analysis, and rental property management. Lee has purchased, renovated and sold homes in the Central New York area and is keenly aware of real estate values in the area. His personality, along with his market knowledge, makes him a great asset in negotiating any type of real estate transactions. Pete and his family live in the Camillus community, where he enjoys coaching his children’s sports programs and being involved in other local activities. He is also active in various charitable organizations, such as the local Ronald McDonald House and the Children’s Miracle Network.
